General Terms
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply between It's Design / Linfalk AB, Reg. No. 556470-0556 (“the Company”), and you as a consumer when placing an order via our website (“the Website”).
The Terms apply only to private individuals. Separate conditions apply for business customers.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy also applies.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. If you are under 18, parental consent is required via email. We reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent orders. False orders are tracked and may lead to liability for damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. The version you approved at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
Payment
Private customers in Sweden can conveniently pay via Klarna Checkout (invoice, Swish, installment, or direct payment). International orders are paid in advance via invoice or PayPal. Business customers may pay by invoice or PayPal.
Prices are shown including 25% VAT for Swedish customers. For other countries, local VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery.
Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are added at checkout, but shipping is free within Sweden for orders over SEK 499.
Some products may have longer delivery times or be temporarily out of stock. Unavailable items will be removed from the order and refunded. Contact us if you wish to replace an item with a similar product.
Delivery is made to the address you provide – please make sure the information is correct. Orders over 20 kg are delivered to your home in coordination with DHL.
Unclaimed Deliveries
Unclaimed packages are subject to a fee for shipping and administration (starting at SEK 150). Packages left at a DHL terminal for more than 3 days are subject to a storage fee in accordance with DHL’s rates.
Order Changes
You may modify items in stock until your order has been processed. Prices are adjusted to current rates at the time of the change. Right of withdrawal applies as outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by us. They are free of charge until the order has been processed. Business customers cancelling custom-made products may be charged for incurred costs and lost profit.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Exceptions apply for custom-made or clearly personalized products.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is deducted from the refund. The return fee within Sweden is SEK 59; for international returns, the fee equals the original shipping cost. You are also liable for any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature and function.
The item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition, and in its original sealed packaging.
Please contact us to register your return. Refunds are issued within 30 days after we have received and approved the return.
Claims
Defective or damaged items must be reported as soon as possible – no later than 2 months for private customers. Transport damages must be reported within 7 business days. The claim period for manufacturing defects is a maximum of 3 years.
Business customers must report any damage immediately upon receipt.
Claims should be submitted via email to contact@itsdesign.se. Please include a description and photos of the defect.
Product Compatibility
Please double-check all measurements and specifications before ordering, especially for interior fittings. We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to compatibility issues.
Errors and Reservations
We reserve the right for any errors in prices, product descriptions or other information. We do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe and do not compensate for any consequential damages due to delays.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, power outages, or supplier delivery issues.
Disputes
In case of disputes with consumers, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes involving companies are settled in Swedish courts.
